We used WillowGrove approximately 2.5 years ago to repair severe damage to our property that was caused by a local pool builder. We called 5 companies to come out and inspect the damage, and 4 never called back (although I suppose I couldn't blame them for turning away). However, the one who came and was so careful, questioning, and honest in his inspection was Matt. He was so upfront while we were talking. My husband and I were hoping it would be a cheap, quick, easy fix, and Matt gave all the facts why that was not a possibility. After our initial meeting, I honestly couldn't care less the cost because I knew if Matt called back, we were going to be in good hands. My heart rested at that moment after crying for months over the destruction. He called back with multiple quotes for options, made a lot of sense in helping us add some extra drainage to the property to address flooding concerns, just all around, fabulous experience. That's a part of what makes WillowGrove so great. Matt was honest. He didn't give us false expectations even though the truth was so hard to hear. The crew of guys that kept showing up, were so kind, careful, respectful and paid attention to what they were doing. We were kept informed the whole time, and that's not a dime a dozen with contractors.
