Nick Mentel is a Northshore native with over 10 years of experience in the Turfgrass industry. Nick Found an appreciation for well kept grass while playing baseball through high school and college. After school Nick worked for a prominent sod farm for 5 years where he started their horticultural service company before he branched out on his own for the next seven years. Faith, perseverance, and values led to the success of Nick’s company. Nick’s dedication and experience created a great opportunity to merge with WillowGrove. We are excited about this new partnership and are looking forward to growing together as one!

“Growing up on a baseball field is the staple of my youth. Early morning games in a different part of the country with freshly mowed grass….you can’t beat the smell of fresh cut grass! I am married to my wife Kaitlyn who is the love of my life and we have one son, Noah. We enjoy spending time outdoors on our property tending to our grounds and home. The Lord has blessed our family and we believe it is only right that we give it back. With a heart ready to serve, I look forward to helping you achieve your desired outcome!”
