Lauren is a proud Florida native whose background in hospitality and customer service has shaped her passion for creating meaningful experiences and building genuine relationships. As WillowGrove Landscape’s Director of Marketing and Culture, she leads the company’s marketing initiatives while helping cultivate the people-first culture that defines the organization.
Lauren believes that every business has the opportunity, and responsibility, to make a lasting difference. She is passionate about developing community outreach initiatives, leading charitable partnerships, telling stories that inspire, and creating opportunities for WillowGrove to serve throughout Southeast Louisiana and beyond. Whether organizing local service projects, supporting foster care initiatives, partnering with community organizations, or helping lead global mission efforts, she is driven by the belief that success is measured not only by what a company accomplishes, but by the lives it impacts.
She also oversees WillowGrove’s digital presence, creating engaging content that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, generosity, and authentic relationships. Her favorite part of her role is connecting with clients, celebrating the incredible people on the WillowGrove team, and sharing stories that demonstrate the heart behind the work.

Outside of WillowGrove, my greatest joy is being a wife to my husband, Matthew, a Christ follower, and a mom to our three incredible boys. They inspire me every single day to live with purpose and serve others well.
Our family has also been blessed to serve as foster parents, an experience that has forever changed our hearts and strengthened our passion for caring for vulnerable children and investing in our community. Whether serving families here in Louisiana, supporting local nonprofits, or traveling on mission trips to build homes and serve communities abroad, I believe we are called to use whatever we’ve been given to make a difference.
